Drama Junior
Ages 6-8: This Drama program focuses on what 6-8 year old children love to do most: PLAY! While each course will have its own term focus, the classes are able to be moulded to each individual groups interests and strengths. Class sizes are small to encourage children to feel confident to play, explore and share their thoughts and ideas in a safe and familiar environment.
Through warm up games, improvisation, role play and group storytelling our young creators will learn to focus and work together in a group and extend their individual imagination. Children will explore movement, expression and verbal communication extending their social, physical and emotional skills. Classes are inclusive, fun and interactive. We invite families to watch a portion of our final class to share the term's outcome.
Classes will be led by both a Lead Teacher and a Teaching Assistant.

Drama Senior
Ages 9-12yrs: Drama for 8-12 year olds is an extension of skills explored in Drama for 6-8 years where working within a group dynamic is a strong focus while now exploring each individual student’s unique personality and creativity.
Through physical and vocal warm up games, improvisation, role play, movement, group storytelling, building Characters, exploring and creating environments our young creators will explore and extend their self-expression building to self-devised group outcomes. Classes are inclusive, fun and interactive. We invite families to watch a portion of our final class to share the term's outcome.
Classes will be led by both a Lead Teacher and a Teaching Assistant.

Drama Ensemble
Ages 11-14: Drama Ensemble is a class targeted to advanced and confident young actors who have previously grown through the Kids Division Program, Secondary School or equivalent courses. This class further explores and progresses concepts and techniques previously covered in Senior Drama to extend and challenge their individual journey as well as strengthen the ensemble goal.
Through physical and vocal warm-up games, improvisation, role-play, movement, group storytelling, building Characters, exploring and creating environments our young creators will explore and extend their self-expression building to varied structured or self-devised group outcomes. Classes are inclusive, fun and interactive.
We strongly advise interested students of this Age group to attend a term of Senior Drama before joining Drama Ensemble. We invite families to watch a portion of our final class to share the term's outcome.

S.A.M Jnr -Sing Act Move!
Ages 6-9: S.A.M JNR -Sing Act Move! is a class for Children Aged 6 - 9 years who love to sing, dance and act all at one!
Introduce your child to the thrilling world of Musical Theatre!
In each 45-minute class, your young performer will explore three core disciplines: Music, Movement, and Drama. This fun and interactive class gives your child the chance to learn and express themselves while developing essential skills to explore various musical styles both vocally and physically.
At Kids Division, all classes are process-driven. While S.A.M JNR kids will focus on collaboration, they will also work towards mini rehearsed performances. We invite families to join us for a portion of the final class to see the results of the term’s work.

Ages 10-14: S.A.M -Sing Act Move! is a class for Children Aged 10-14 years who love to sing, dance and act all at once!

Each 75-minute class is split into three key disciplines: Music, Movement, and Drama, allowing your young performer to learn, explore, and express themselves. This fun and interactive class will help your child develop essential skills for exploring various musical styles, both vocally and physically.
Through improvisation, theatre games, group-created tasks, and script analysis, students will bring characters, choreography, and scenes to life. These will be crafted to convey the mood and intention of a scene or age-appropriate musical piece. At Kids Division, all classes are process-driven, but S.A.M students will work collaboratively toward mini rehearsed performances. We invite families to watch a portion of our final class to celebrate the term's progress.

Sing Club! Group Singing
Sing Club! - Group Singing is an Inclusive Group Singing class for children Aged 8-12 years with a passion for singing. No prior singing experience required!
Singers will have the opportunity to build their confidence, broaden their music skills and socially connect with like-minded young creators through music.
Each one hour session is carefully curated to develop their young voices in a safe and strategic manner, while exploring and developing harmony singing, aural skills and working in an ensemble. Valuable musicianship skills including rhythm, pitch, intervals and basic theory will also be explored through fun vocal warm ups, exercises and songs.
Each term will see the group work through a series of age appropriate repertoire in various styles including Music Theatre, Film, Pop, Disney and the Classics!
As group singing is our term focus, if the opportunity arises to sing solo, no child will be singled out and forced to sing solo against their will. Finding one’s own voice is an individual journey of courage and confidence. Nurtured by our experienced teachers and Sing Club! Group team support, we hope your child loves to express themselves wholeheartedly through the use of their voice!
Sing Club! Group Singing will be led by two Lead Teachers-one conducting and one playing the piano!

Yoga & Mindfulness
While the benefits of Yoga are known to adults, introducing Yoga to young people is wonderful gift to their growing bodies and developing minds. Yoga enhances Physical Flexibility, builds Strength, refines Balance and Co-ordination, helps develop Focus and Concentration, boosts Self- Esteem, inner Confidence and strengthens the Mind-Body connection.
Yoga and Mindfulness Practice for both Ages 7-12 incorporates age appropriate postures, breathing and relaxation techniques and exercises to help our young creators find their inner calm. They will leave each class feeling more refreshed, relaxed and connected, armed with techniques to deal with their daily activities, manage stresses and changing emotions out in the big wide world.
Classes will be led by both a Lead Teacher and a Teaching Assistant.
